ทุกๆ อย่างมันเริ่มต้นจากการที่เราอยากเปลี่ยนตัวเอง

It all began when I wish to change myself.

ชีวิตของเราค่อนข้างธรรมดาและน่าเบื่อ เราไม่เคยออกไปโลดโผน ไม่เคยสัมผัสชีวิตแลกเปลี่ยน ไม่เคยท่องราตรี และไม่ค่อยจะสุงสิงกับใครเขาสักเท่าไหร่ ซึ่งถ้าเปรียบชีวิตเป็นเสียงเพลง มันคงเป็นเพลงคีย์เดียว ที่ฟังไปนานๆ อาจเผลอหลับโดยไม่รู้ตัว

My life was so simple and boring. Frankly, I'd never had an adventurous experience, never studied abroad, never explored exciting nightlife, never engaged much with people. If my life was a song, it would be a song with only one key which could make you fall asleep.

จนกระทั่งวันหนึ่ง เรารู้สึกตัวว่าเราเสียเวลามามากพอแล้ว จึงคิดได้ว่ามันคงถึงเวลาเปลี่ยนตัวเองสักที เราพยายามทำตัวขยัน ทำกิจกรรม สมัครเข้าชมรม แต่สุดท้ายก็ถึงทางตัน ชีวิตวกกลับมาที่เดิม เหมือนหลงทางในเขาวงกต 

But then one day, I realized I wasted so much time and thus it's time to transform myself. I tried to be active, do activities, and join some clubs, but at last, I reached dead ends. I came back to where I started just like getting lost in a maze.

แต่ทุกอย่างก็เปลี่ยนไปเมื่อเราได้มาเรียนไกลถึงอังกฤษ...

...ซะเมื่อไหร่!

Then everything has changed once I arrived in the UK...

...Not!

แม้การได้สิงสถิตอยู่ ณ ลอนดอนจะทำให้เราได้ลองอะไรใหม่ๆ แต่นิสัยเก่าก็ยังสลัดทิ้งไม่ได้สักที โดยเฉพาะไอ้นิสัยที่ชอบทำตัวเรื่อยเปื่อย

Though being here allow me to venture into the unknown, I still couldn't get rid of my ingrained habits especially the "do-nothing habits". 

แต่เฮ้ย! ถ้าเราใช้ชีวิตต่อไป เราจะเป็นเพียงไอ้ขี้แพ้นะเว้ย ไม่ได้ละ! เราต้องหาทางถีบตัวเองจากเขาวงกตนี้สักที แกกก เลิกทำพลาดซ้ำๆ เป็นแผ่นเสียงตกร่องได้แล้วโว้ยยย!

But wait! If my life continues like this, I will be a complete loser. No way! I must kick myself out of this maze. Stop making mistakes like a broken record dude!

และนั่นทำให้เราบังคับตัวเองให้จรดปลายนิ้วมือป้อมๆ ลงบนแป้นพิมพ์ แล้วพิมพ์อะไรสักอย่างเสียที 

And so I forced myself to place my pumpkin short fingers on the keyboard and started to type stuff.
