Filthy

Filthy is the word to describe something disgustingly dirty. I never used it with anyone or anything. Until today. I’m confronting a filthy male cat that is in heat!

Usually, male cats won’t attack another male. But there is rare case when male cat doesn’t have strong urine smell which can confuse another male. I guess because I’m half human so my smell is diluted.

“Go away! You can’t mate with me.” I yell at that cat.

Cats are always dangerously following our instincts. When it is mating season, we can hardly control ourselves. We will do everything to finish mating process.

I have been like that once. I hate it. I tried every solution not to jump on female cat which is sending signal to me. I locked myself far away from any female smell. It’s severely a torture. But I want to be touched only by Riley and I also don’t want to touch others. That is the moment I realised I fall for him. Not as a cat which wants to be pet.

“There is no female around here. They have been captured. I will do it with you.”

“No! Don’t come near me.”

This is terrifying. I keep running but he follows me speedily. He finally Jumps on me at bites my neck above the collar.

“It hurts! Let me go.”

As a cat, I can’t move when the back of my neck is gripped. My tail lays down to protect myself. Protracting my claw in defence. When he tries to straddle me, I snap at his face.

“You can’t run away from me, little cat! ” He angrily growls.

This is truly a filthy situation. I want it to end fast. The sun is going down. Even if he scares me, I don’t want to transform in front of him and kill him. I have killed more than enough.

“Hey, don’t beat anyone who smaller than you. Are you trying to rape this little cat? How filthy. Go away! ”

My neck is gripped from behind. Not by the filthy cat but a human hand. The voice is unpleasantly similar. He turns my body to face him. How can I don’t remember his deep voice which I hear every night? And his gentle touch that is comforting me. Riley is the one who helps me.

“What? Why do you have this collar? ”

Oh! I forget we have couple collars with our names on the tag. I have to snap at Riley’s beautiful hand. I put an ugly scratch on him. I very sorry but I have to running away from him as fast as I can. And why is he following me?

“Where are you going? That cat will come for you and rape you! Gosh, cats are always disobedient.”

My body is hot. I transform every day, so I know it will happen soon. My legs are slower due to the painful muscle transformation. Riley catches me up the moment I turn human. I collapse to the ground. It usually takes three or five minutes to restore energy. Especially today that I’ve been running for a long time. So I don't have any energy left.

“What’s happening now? The minute ago you are a black cat. Then you became human in front of my eyes. Is this hidden camera from the TV show? ”

I hide my face in the glass. Don’t know how to escape.

“... But your collar? Leon? ” His voice fades.

We stay silent for a couple of minutes. I can feel his tremble hand on my arm. He slowly pulls me up and looks at my face. I stare at my feet. Too afraid to make a sound or move.

“Is this your secret you always hiding? ”

“...”

“Talk to me, Leon. I’m going crazy now. What are you?! A cat? Human? A ghost? Why is this happening to you? ”

I think I can’t avoid the truth anymore.

Filthy เป็นคำที่ใช้อธิบายบางสิ่งที่สกปรก หยาบคาย หรือลามก ผมไม่เคยใช้มันกับใครหรืออะไรมาก่อน จนกระทั่งวันนี้ ผมกำลังเผชิญหน้ากับแมวตัวผู้ลามกตัวหนึ่งที่กำลังติดสัตว์!

โดยทั่วไปแมวตัวผู้จะไม่จู่โจมตัวผู้ตัวอื่น แต่มันมีบางกรณีเมื่อแมวเพศผู้ไม่มีกลิ่นบอกเพศที่รุนแรงพอจนทำให้แมวตัวอื่นสับสน ผมคิดว่าเป็นเพราะครึ่งหนึ่งของผมเป็นมนุษย์ กลิ่นของผมเลยเจือจาง

"ไปให้พ้น! นายผสมพันธุ์กับฉันไม่ได้นะ" ผมตะโกนใส่แมวตัวนั้น

แมวมักจะทำตามสัญชาตญาณอย่างอันตรายเสมอ เมื่อถึงฤดูผสมพันธุ์ พวกเราก็ควบคุมตัวเองได้ยาก เราจะทำทุกอย่างเพื่อให้กระบวนการผสมพันธุ์เสร็จสิ้น

ผมเคยเป็นแบบนั้นครั้งหนึ่ง ผมเกลียดมัน ผมพยายามทุกทางไม่ให้โดดเข้าใส่แมวตัวเมียซึ่งส่งสัญญาณหาผม ผมขังตัวเองในที่ห่างไกลจากกลิ่นตัวเมียตัวไหน มันทรมานอย่างแสนสาหัส ผมอยากถูกสัมผัสจากไรลีย์เท่านั้น และไม่อยากสัมผัสใครคนอื่น มันเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ผมตระหนักได้ว่าผมตกหลุมรักเขา ไม่ใช่ในฐานะแมวที่อยากถูกเลี้ยงดู

"แถวนี้ไม่มีแมวตัวเมียเลย พวกเธอถูกจับไปหมด ฉันจะทำกับนาย"

"ไม่! อย่าเข้ามาใกล้ฉัน"

มันน่ากลัว ผมพยายามวิ่งต่อแต่เขาตามมาอย่างรวดเร็ว ในที่สุดเขากระโดดเข้าหาผม กัดคอผมเหนือปลอกคอ

"มันเจ็บนะ! ปล่อยฉัน"

ในฐานะที่เป็นแมว ผมไม่สามารถขยับได้เมื่อหลังคอของผมถูกจับ หางของผมลู่ลงเพื่อปกป้องตัวเอง กางเล็บออกอย่างต่อต้าน เมื่อเขาพยายามคร่อมผม ผมจึงโจมตีใบหน้าเขา

"นายหนีไปจากฉันไม่ได้หรอก แมวน้อย! " เขาคำรามอย่างโมโห

นี่เป็นสถานการณ์ที่สกปรก ผมอยากให้มันจบโดยเร็ว พระอาทิตย์กำลังตก แม้ว่าเขาทำให้ผมกลัว แต่ผมก็ไม่อยากแปลงร่างต่อหน้าเขาและฆ่าเขา ผมฆ่ามามากเกินพอ

"เฮ้ อย่าทำร้ายใครที่ตัวเล็กกว่านาย นี่นายกำลังพยายามข่มขืนแมวน้อยอยู่เหรอ? ลามกอะไรแบบนี้ ไปให้พ้น! "

คอของผมถูกจับจากด้านหลัง ไม่ใช่จากแมวลามกแต่เป็นมือของมนุษย์ เสียงที่คุ้นเคยจนไม่น่ายินดี เขาหมุนตัวผมไปหาเขา ผมจะจำเสียงทุ้มต่ำซึ่งได้ยินทุกคืนไม่ได้ได้ยังไง และสัมผัสที่นุ่มนวลซึ่งกำลังปลอบโยนผมอีก ไรลีย์เป็นคนที่ช่วยผม

"อะไร ทำไมนายมีปลอกคอนี้"

โอ้! ผมลืมว่าเรามีปลอกคอคู่กับชื่อของเราบนป้าย ผมจำเป็นต้องโจมตีมือที่งดงามของไรลีย์ สร้างรอยแผลน่าเกลียดบนมือเขา ผมเสียใจมากแต่ผมต้องวิ่งหนีเขาให้เร็วที่สุด และทำไมเขาตามผมมา

"นายจะไปไหน แมวตัวนั้นจะกลับมาหานายและข่มขืนนาย! พระเจ้า แมวนี่ไม่เชื่อฟังตลอดเลย"

ร่างกายของผมร้อน ผมแปลงร่างทุกวัน ดังนั้นผมรู้ว่ามันจะเกิดขึ้นเร็วๆ นี้ ขาของผมช้าลงเพราะความเจ็บปวดจากกล้ามเนื้อที่เปลี่ยนรูปร่าง ไรลีย์คว้าผมในจังหวะที่ผมกลายเป็นมนุษย์ ผมล้มพับลงกับพื้น ปกติต้องใช้เวลาสามหรือห้านาทีในการฟื้นพลังงาน โดยเฉพาะวันนี้ซึ่งผมวิ่งมาเป็นเวลานาน ผมจึงไม่มีพลังงานเหลือ

"นี่มันเกิดอะไรขึ้น นาทีที่แล้วนายเป็นแมวดำ จากนั้นกลายเป็นมนุษย์ต่อหน้าต่อตาฉัน นี่มันการซ่อนกล้องของรายการทีวีรึเปล่า"

ผมซ่อนหน้าตัวเองในหญ้า ไม่รู้ว่าจะหลบหนียังไง

"...แต่ว่าปลอกคอของนาย? ลีออน? " เสียงของเขาแผ่วลง

เราตกอยู่ในความเงียบหลายนาที ผมรู้สึกได้ถึงมือที่สั่นเทาของเขาบนแขนผม เขาค่อยๆ ดึงผมขึ้น มองหน้าผม ส่วนผมต้องเท้าตัวเอง กลัวเกินกว่าจะส่งเสียงหรือขยับตัว

"นี่ใช่ไหมความลับที่นายซ่อนมาตลอด? "

"..."

"คุยกับฉันลีออน ฉันจะเป็นบ้าแล้ว นายเป็นอะไร แมว? มนุษย์? ผี? ทำไมมันเกิดขึ้นกับนาย"

ผมคิดหาวิธีหลีกเลี่ยงความจริงไม่ออกอีกต่อไป
