A letter from a first jobber
  • Dear me (in the future),

Being a first jobber is difficult, not only your job but others.
You decided to this this job because it's tough but there's money and future.
You craved for competitive environment. They give you.
You loved wearing sneakers to work. They allow.
If, one day, you're suffered from this job, please remind why you chose it.

However, if this job is not for you (in case that you literally sure), quit it!
You can be more than CPA.
Don't destroy your health, your mental, or even your soul for what you do not know why you want to get. Don't lose yourself.

There is a friend of my mother. She'd changed various kinds of jobs for 8 times to find what she passionate for. Now, in my point of view, she is not a successful one.
While her peers have become head or manager, she still a subordinate and has no clear in career path which I think that it also affects her child.
Whatever, I have no right to judge her since one day it can be me as well.
(Even though I won't let it happen, who can tell?)
Loser or not depends on the eyes of beholders.

    FYI,
    Me as a first jobber.
