She once said this to me. Back then I didn't understand what was she trying to say but I could feel the intensity of love and freedom in the air.
Sad songs are not that sad.
Remembering her words, I jot them down on my portable notebook. Speaking of notebook, she, again, once said she didn't like fancy or elaborated notebook with many extra stuffs, the more it's simple and portable to carry with, the more it's valuable. I looked at my present notebook and almost cry because it's the most precious thing I've ever had.
If it can travel anywhere with you, it's your true friend. You can have anything kept in that lovely pages at the very moment you want to remember things.
I open to the first page of my notebook and find this in her handwriting.

Another year has passed and another new one is now happening.
Hope you love yourself as much as I love you. Be happy and be sad. Stay true to yourself and respect your soul.
Not sure if I could pass this year with you or not but sure enough that 'it' will last til the very end.
Every time you write something in this notebook, please, remember that I'm always with you.
And I do. I think of her every time I write. That's why this notebook is full of her stories.
