สำหรับการเติบโตเป็นผู้ใหญ่ ใครๆ ก็รู้ว่ามันยากที่จะเติบโต โดยเฉพาะเติบโตอย่างดีด้วย สังคมมักบอกให้คุณเป็นคนที่ดีพร้อม เป็นคนดี เป็นคนที่ใครสักคนภูมิใจ มีประโยชน์สำหรับสังคมสักหน่อย หรือไม่ก็เป็นคนที่มีชีวิตที่ดี มันมีเรื่องให้คุณต้องตอบคำถามพวกนี้กับตัวเองทุกวันว่าคุณดีพอสำหรับสังคมนี้หรือยัง การเป็นผู้ใหญ่นั้นมันไม่ง่ายเลย

It's a story about a bank robber who wasn't actually robbed. A bridge. Or a story about altogether gathering idiots in a hostage situation.

First, about the author, Fredrik Backman, The one who genius of writing story about a chaotic situation. It has many many topics in only 400 pages like bank robbery, hostage, love, divorce, suicide, seeing phycologist, economic system or homosexual life. The character has their own story like before you're getting 40 you might have been divorced or before you're getting 60 your wife or husband might die. Everything suddenly can happen to you all. Something like that.

A bank robber, who robbed only 6,500 Kronos. The robber just wanted some money to pay rent. Who did something bad because they were in trouble that if we are never put ourselves in his shoes we will never understand why they did it. It reminds me that once I heard that there’s a mother who stole a gallon of milk from the grocery. I always keep in mind that I shouldn't judge people who stole food for their babies because they don't have money enough to pay and the government didn't provide welfare for them.

About being an adult. You know it doesn't easy to grow up, especially growing up well. Society told you that you have to be perfect like you have to be good or make someone proud or useful for society or have a good life. You have to answer the questions like this to yourself almost every day. To be an adult is never easy.

'Everyone has their own complexes' I love this phrase in this book so much. Even if it's from the robber, who realized that that's everyone has their own problem to solve and they did the best they can. Then I think the message of this book is to please be nice to people especially when you don't know what others have been through. When you want the world nice to you please don't do anything cruel to hurt people. Sometimes they hurt enough.
